Our Video Conferencing equipment is the latest generation Polycom system. We have invested in the best videoconferencing equipment we could find - the Polycom VSX 7000 Camera and the Canon RE450X Video Visualizer Document Camera, all displayed on a high-resolution 36" monitor.

The Polycom 7000 provides TV quality images and cd quality sound. Three ISDN lines provide the smoothest motion images and the most reliable and universal videoconferencing connection currently in use. The built-in redundancy of three ISDN lines helps ensure against disconnections. The high quality of the video and audio of this system provides the ability to videotape the subject matter so that it may be used for later presentation in court or other venues. For the cost of blank videotape, save the additional cost of a videographer.
The Canon RE450X Video Visualizer Document Camera effectively captures in high resolution and displays documents, 3-D objects, photographs, slides and X-rays. This allows us to quickly toggle back and forth between a person on camera and documents or visual aids without interrupting the proceeding. With the press of a button, a high-quality still image can be temporarily stored in memory and displayed on a projector or monitor.
We are available to provide complete coverage of your witnesses in Tallahassee while you are in a remote location, or a group setting in Tallahassee with additional counsel joining at their locations, or even streaming video on their laptop computers with audio provided via speakerphone.
We have two large conference rooms with video conferencing capability. We provide a court reporter if necessary - but the rooms are available for any type of meeting via video conference, no reporter required. This is ideal for those firm meetings of statewide or nationwide law firms.
